Meet our Team
Kirk Gordon is the Owner and President of Integrity Truck Sales, LLC. Kirk’s focus is on developing partnerships with his customers to ensure the relationship last long after the sale. He leads the sales and administrative staff and handles the overall company direction and visions for the future. Kirk started Integrity in April, 2017. Kirk’s industry experience spans over 30 years. Starting his transportation career at Hawkeye Truck Equipment as a regional salesman for 10 years, then became the National Accounts Sales manager for Heil Environment where he developed and implemented a successful program for National Dump Truck Sales. He worked at Arrow Truck Sales for 10 years earning several top sales awards. Before opening Integrity he was at Lookout Valley Equipment Sales as the Sales Manager overseeing the sales department of commercial vehicles. Kirk is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and able to partner with customers to add value to their business and maintain a fair and successful relationship.
Julie White is our Office Manager. She is responsible for all the day-to-day office, administration and accounting aspects of the company. She has been with Integrity Truck Sales, LLC since the company’s inception. She brings along 15 plus years of experience in the transportation industry and over 30 years of business and management skills. Accuracy is of upmost importance to her. Making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly is something she is extremely proud of. Her ability to handle situations with professionalism and fairness is something she prides herself in.
Bo Branecky has been wholesale buying and selling for just short of 7 years. He worked at Arrow Truck Sales and Lookout Valley Equipment Sales before coming home in 2017 to Kansas City to work for Integrity. Bo is a Regional Salesman. His upbeat positive personality makes his very easy to work with. He values his relationships with his clients and is honest and trust worthy in all that he does.
Betsy Mims recently joined Integrity Truck Sales at the end of 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Betsy’s experience in the industry allowed her to step in immediately and make an impact. With over 23 years working in the transportation and equipment field Betsy will be using her skills and knowledge to assist the sales department. She will be heavily involved with the daily operations from invoicing to title work and everything in between. She is happy to help out in any way she can. Getting information to the customers quickly and accurately is her motto. Prior to coming to Integrity she worked at Scott Equipment, Rush Truck Center and spent 17 plus years at Arrow Truck Sales.
The newest member to our sales team is Nathan Welch. Nathan joined Integrity Truck Sales in 2020 as a Regional Salesman. Nathan’s 14 years in used truck sales gives him the experience and expertise needed in this highly competitive market. Spending time at Peach State Freightliner as a used truck salesman and that last 5 years at MHC Kenworth as a Used Truck Manager allows Nathan to take is retail knowledge in working with end-users to the wholesale field. Born and raised in Georgia, Nathan will be working in the Atlanta area but will buy and sell nationwide.
Jake Gordan is a Regional Salesman and joined the team this year (2020). His previous experience is with the Kansas City, MO Police Department. He spent 7 years as a Field Training Officer and later on a Detective. Through his time spent on the department, he learned a true work ethic, how to persevere in troubling times, and maintain integrity throughout. He applies himself to whatever obstacles that are thrown his way, and humbly learns through each step.
Nick Guess joined the Integrity Truck Sales family in May of 2020. Nick is our Sales Manager bringing vast experience in light and heavy-duty truck sales to our team. Nick came to Integrity after 16 years of service at Arrow Truck Sales serving as a wholesale truck buyer and has an exceptional knowledge of the used truck market. His ability to maintain strong relationships with his customers and vendors is what allows Nick to persevere in today’s ever-changing market. Working with others to make the process of buying and selling wholesale trucks and trailers seamless is his goal. As Sales Manager, Nick is a strong leader for our team and a liaison for customers and vendors. He is a native of Stanberry, Missouri and traveled to Kansas City to pursue his career. He has been married to his lovely wife for 17 years, together, they have four children, all of which keep him busy with their many school activities.
